Dialing Access to Voicemail
Step 1:
- From Off Campus, dial (740) 284-5180
- From On Campus, dial 5180 or *17
- From your phone, dial *17
Step 2:
Enter Your 4-digit extension followed by the # key (note if you are on your phone simply press the # key)
Step 3:
Enter Your Password followed by the # key (Default is 121212; please change it to another 6-digit number)
Option 1: Record
- 1 – Record
- 1 – Start/Stop
- 2 – Rewind
- 2 3 – Playback
- * 3 – Delete
Option 2: Get Messages
- 0 – Skip header
- 1 – Reply
- 2 – Restart
- 3 – Pause on/off
- 5 – Rewind
- 6 – Advance
- # – Save & skip
- * 3 – Delete
- * * 8 – Undelete
- * * 4 – Skip
Option 3: Greetings
- 0 – Listen to a specific greeting
- 1 – Change, Create or Activate a greeting (you may have up to 9 greetings)
- 2 – Listen to all of your greetings
- 3 – Activate a greeting
Option 5: Personal
- 4 – Change your password
- 5 – Record your name
