How to Change Your Voicemail Password
Please note, this will only work while you are on campus connected to Resnet (Students & Faculty/Staff) or FUSNet (Faculty/Staff only).
Step 1:
Press the voicemail button on your phone.
Step 2:
Navigate to the “Passcode” tab using the arrow keys and click the center button.
Step 3:
Enter your old password (call the ITS Helpdesk at x4357 (HELP) or (740) 283-4357 if you forget it) and click the center button.
Step 4:
Enter a new password and click the center button. Requirements:
- Must be at least 6 digits
- Cannot be 111111, 123456, or 654321
Step 5:
To exit to the home screen, press the “Exit” button
