How to Set Your Phone to Do Not Disturb mode
If you have a project that requires full attention or an important meeting in your office, you may want to use Do Not Disturb mode to send calls directly to voicemail (it will not ring or give any indication that you are receiving a call). Use the following steps to activate or deactivate Do Not Disturb mode on your phone:
Step 1:
Press the “Features” button (it should be at the bottom right of your screen)
Step 2:
Navigate to “Call Settings” using the arrow keys and click the center button to select
Step 3:
Ensure “Do Not Disturb” is highlighted, then press the “Change” button
Step 4:
Press the “Save” button
Step 5:
Press the “Exit” button. An icon (a circle with a minus sign) should appear on the top of your display indicating you are in Do Not Disturb mode.
