Microsoft Forms
Microsoft Forms is now available to all employees through your Franciscan University Office 365 account. Forms is a simple, lightweight tool that lets you quickly create a form, collect responses in real time through Excel and view automatic charts to visualize your data.
Step 1:
Go to AccessFUS
Step 2:
Click on “Office 365” under “Links – Other Applications”
Step 3:
Enter your username and password
Step 4:
Click on the “Forms” icon
More information is available through the Office 365 Training Center (Click on “More Office apps” and then select “Forms”)
Please keep in mind that Forms should be used only for simple surveys or gathering of information that is not considered protected data as outlined in the “2019 ITS Acceptable User Policy – Data Classification and Storage” document. (See the ITS Help tab on MyFranciscan)
