How to Change the Default MFA Method on Microsoft/Office 365 Accounts
Please Note: you must be able to login to your Franciscan account in order to update your MFA methods. If you are unable to login to your account, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at 740-283-4357 or by email [email protected]
Step 1:
Navigate to office.com
Step 2:
On the top right-hand side of the screen, click on your initials or your profile picture (if set) and then click on “View Account”
Step 3:
Under “Security Info”, click on “Update Info”
Step 4:
From here, you can click “Change” next to the Default sign-in method.
