How to Create a Contact Group in Outlook
Use a contact group (“distribution list”) to send an email to multiple people—a project team, a committee, or even just a group of friends—without having to add each name each time you want to write them.
Q: If I create a contact group, will each recipient see the email address of everyone to whom the message was sent?
A: If the contact group is placed in the To: or CC: fields, yes. However, if the contact group is placed on the BCC line (instructions for enabling BCC field for Mac), the list of other recipients’ e-mails will be hidden.
