Resetting Your Password
Step 1:
Navigate to the Microsoft login page at Office.com and click the Forgot my password button.

Step 2:
Input your full Franciscan email address including the @franciscan.edu or @student.franciscan.edu portion, then enter the characters shown in the box. Once completed, click the Next button.

Step 3:
Select one of the methods and then click the corresponding button (Text, Call, or Answer) to proceed.

Step 4:
Type in your new password twice (see a list of requirements in the Employee ITS Acceptable Use Policy, available at the AccessFUS login screen or on the ITS Help tab on MyFranciscan), then click the Finish button.

Step 5:
You will then see the following page that indicates your password was successfully changed:

If at any point you want to update your password verification method(s), please follow these instructions.
